    Our surfboard rental service is easy and convenient. Simply choose the rental period that works best for you, select your preferred surfboard model and size, and place your order online. We'll deliver your surfboard rental directly to your doorstep!
  • How do I know what surfboard to choose?
    Choosing the right surfboard size is important for your safety and enjoyment. We recommend selecting a surfboard that is appropriate for your skill level, height, and weight. Check out our surfboard guide for more information.
  • Can I adjust my surfboard rental if the conditions change?
    Yes and no, we offer a surfboard rental subscription service that allows you to adjust your rental based on the swell and wave size. This means you'll always have the perfect board for the conditions. But if you don't have a subscription, we do not accept adjustments. Only if you are dissatisfied with the surfboard.
  • How do I return my surfboard rental?
    At the end of your rental period simply send us a message on Whatsapp to arrange a pick-up time for our delivery team to retrieve the surfboard from your location.

  • What if I damage my surfboard rental?
    If you damage your surfboard rental, you will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs, as outlined in our rental agreement. However, we promise to be fair with our customers and will never charge extra or add any hidden fees. Please click here for more information.
  • How can I prevent damage to my rental board?
    Taking good care of your rental board can help prevent damage. Always store your board in a cool, dry place, and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or extreme heat. Rinse your board with fresh water after each use, and never leave it in the water for extended periods of time. Always transport your board safely, using a board bag or rack to protect it during transport.
  • What if I notice damage to my rental board after I've received it?
    We ask all of our customers to inspect their rental board. However, if you notice damage after you've received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Can I repair the board myself?
    We do not recommend attempting to repair a rental board yourself. Our repair team has years of experience and the proper tools and materials to ensure a high-quality repair. Attempting to repair the board yourself could cause further damage and may result in additional repair costs.
