We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to exchange your surfboard rental for a different size or model. That's why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy to ensure that you have the best possible experience with our service.

If you need to exchange your surfboard rental, please contact us to request a replacement. We'll work with you to determine the best replacement option based on the availability of our surfboards.

If you need to exchange your rental due to a sizing issue or other problem that is not related to damage or misuse, we'll do our best to provide you with a suitable replacement at no extra cost. However, if the replacement rental is of a higher value than your original rental, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price.

If you damage or misuse your rental, you will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs, as outlined in our rental agreement. We strongly encourage all of our customers to take good care of their rentals to avoid any additional costs or fees.
